2025 Mid-Season Update & All Stars Information

Greetings,

We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to each of you for your continued support as we officially reach the halfway point of the season. As we approach the final stretch, we’d like to share some important updates and reminders with you.

If time permits, we plan to host a seeded tournament for select competitive divisions. Further details will be communicated directly to team coaches.

Coaches will soon begin collecting the following documentation from all players:
For UCISD students: Medical Release Form and School Enrollment Form
For non-UCISD students: Medical Release Form and three (3) proofs of residency
These forms are available here on our website.

All Stars Nominations:
Team Managers will soon begin nominating players to be considered for All Stars. Please be aware that All Stars participation is a significant commitment that may extend over a few months, involving practices, games, and traveling to tournament locations. If you and your player are unable to make this commitment, we kindly ask that you notify your coach so your child is not considered for nomination. Additionally, if you prefer your child to participate in a specific division due to overlapping age ranges, please communicate this to your coach as soon as possible.

Important Dates:
- Mandatory All Stars Tryouts: May 10
(Only for top nominated players, parents will be notified if players need to attend)
- District Tournament: June 13–22
- Section Tournament: June 26–July 5
- State Tournament: July 8–17

Division Age Groups:
- Minor: Ages 8–10
- Major: Ages 9–11
- Little League (Major): Ages 10–12
- Junior: Ages 13–14
- Senior: Ages 15–16

Players selected through the tryout process will be notified by the All Stars team manager, who will finalize team rosters for tournament competition.
